What is the Cost of Queuemate Token Management
Queuemate is offered on Cloud Web as well as on premise install option. The pricing depends on what exact solution is required. Our Yearly Cloud subscription plan of single license starts from 1500* per month.
Is it necessary to use Thermal Printer?
No.. There is a sms option with which you can send the token number on the visitors mobile phone when they register for token generation. Printing of Token Number is not compulsory. The entire process can also be managed without Touch Screen Kiosk from a single machine if you have a person handling the queue.
Can Queue be managed by single person or multiple persons?
Our Admin Login can be used by multiple person since it is web based access. Either single or multiple person can manage the queues and call out tokens as required.
